One row per fitment; rows sharing a part number become one listing that fits several vehicles. Rows carrying an APC ID update a listing you already have — which is what makes your own stock export re-importable.
Nothing goes public on import. New parts arrive as drafts (a CSV can’t carry photos, and nothing reaches the marketplace without one); vehicle stock arrives as a catalogue you price and publish from Vehicle Stock, as usual.
Name the parts that come with it, so a buyer searching for one of them finds this listing. A listing of that part on its own still ranks above it.
